Our Commitment

IthalaMed is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML markup for proper screen reader interpretation
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios throughout the interface
  • Keyboard-navigable components and interactive elements
  • Descriptive alternative text for images and media
  • Consistent and predictable navigation patterns
  • Resizable text without loss of functionality
  • Form labels and error messages for all input fields

Known Limitations

While we strive to ensure full accessibility, some areas of the platform may still be undergoing improvements. We are actively working to identify and resolve any accessibility barriers.
