Welcome to IthalaMed! Follow these steps to set up your account and start managing your healthcare journey. The process is straightforward and should only take a few minutes.
Create Your Account
Visit the registration page and fill in your personal details including your full name, email address, phone number, and ID number. Choose a strong password to protect your account.
Verify Your Identity
After registration, you will receive a verification email and SMS. Follow the instructions to verify your identity. This step ensures the security of your health data.
Complete Your Profile
Once verified, log in and complete your health profile. Add your medical aid information, emergency contacts, and any existing medical conditions or allergies.
Connect with Your Provider
Search for your healthcare provider and send a connection request. Once they accept, they will be able to access your health records and manage your care through the platform.
Book Your First Appointment
Navigate to the Appointments section to schedule your first visit. You can view available time slots, choose your preferred provider, and receive confirmation and reminders.
Explore Your Dashboard
Your patient dashboard gives you an overview of upcoming appointments, recent lab results, active prescriptions, and health alerts. Take some time to familiarize yourself with all the features.
